Coleen Hiltz - Vice President Client Services

Coleen is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Born in Hudson County, Coleen grew up within an eye shot of the New York City skyline. As a young adult, she relocated to spacious suburban Morris County. She attended college at Montclair State, located in Essex County. In Morris, Essex, Passaic, and Bergen counties. Coleen worked for 25 years (24 years in a management role) for one of the leading consumer electronics companies in the world. Her experience with deadlines, budgets, strategic planning, productivity measures, business travel, and relationship management are second only to her "hands on" approach at the operational level of the company's Japanese distribution facility. Highly skilled in working with international and domestic personnel at executive and non executive levels, Coleen excels in the role of area support and provider of local information. Living and working in Northern New Jersey her entire life, Coleen has a thorough understanding of the geographic layout of the region, and extensive knowledge to share with those joining the Northern New Jersey Communities.

Sue Sedlak - Co-Founder and Vice President, Business Operations

A lifelong New Jersey resident and "advocate", Sue came to the relocation profession with a background in the insurance industry, primarily involved with the development and implementation of new programs. From overseeing a business systems development staff to managing a staff in a major corporation's start up operation, being on the ground floor in new projects is nothing new to Sue. Intrigued by the opportunity and potential of an entrepreneurial venture, Sue joined Relocation Administrators, a full service relocation company in 2000, as partner and manager of domestic relocations. Drawing from her management, organizational and people skills, along with her knowledge of New Jersey, Sue turned the concept of Settle In NJ into reality.
