Temporary Housing Assistance

For short term and transitional living of 30 days or more, furnished corporate housing is often the most economical housing option. Our temporary housing program was designed to help transferees with their short term housing needs. Utilizing our network of housing providers, our temporary housing consultants locate appropriate accommodations, coordinate the pre-arrival paperwork, escort the transferee on a familiarization tour, and assist with vacating the housing unit.

• Custom information package including maps, state driver’s manual, area and school profiles, public transportation, recreational, local periodicals, and service provider information
• Prepare pre-arrival rental documents
• Provide move-in instructions
• Pre-inspect unit
• Provide welcome package
• Meet transferee at unit
• Conduct facility and area orientation tour
• Arrange cleaning service
• Assist in vacating the unit (coordinate departure date, move-out instructions)

Meet and Greet

Our Meet and Greet program consists of an area familiarization tour for those transferees and assignees whose temporary housing is obtained through a source outside Settle In NJ.
