We are dedicated to protecting your (the “User” or “End User”) privacy and within this policy we will explain what information we intend to gather from you and what we will do with this information.


Users whose accounts are being paid for by their organizations via a Corporate account agree that certain personal information may be shared with the Human Resource Representative or other assigned agent of the organization they work for, or will work for.

Your use of our website constitutes your acceptance of our terms and you are bound by the conditions presented in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, including any amendments that may occur in the future. Should you decide you do not accept these terms, please cease all activity and leave the website. We reserve the right to make additions and changes to this policy at any time, and should a substantial change be made, we will notify you here, so please read this privacy policy often.

As is the nature of our website, in order to register and use our tools, you will need to give us information about yourself. As a result, you consent to us transferring, analyzing, and storing that data on our servers in order to improve the nature of our website and provide the optimum User experience.

We will not sell, lease, resell, disclose or license your information to any third party websites or vendors. The ONLY EXCEPTION to this rule is your employer and/or Human Resources representative should they be paying for your use of our Website. The sole purpose of this is to enhance communication between your organization and you. Except your birth date and your partner’s birth date, any information about yourself found in the section of the Website named “My Relocation” is accessible to your Human Resources representative; but only if he/she has paid for your use of our Website.

You may be asked to provide personal information at certain points throughout the Website, as this is necessary to obtain the optimum user experience. The information given will not be transferred to any third parties and will be used only for the purposes given. The ONLY EXCEPTION to this rule is the Human Resources representative, should your company be paying for the Website on your behalf. The sole purpose of this is to enhance communication between your organization and you.

The purpose of these hyperlinks is to increase your access to information that may help you with your experience and they are for information only. You use or follow these links at your own risk and we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred or suffered by you because of, or in relation to, your use of the link.

As is the nature of the internet, no data is completely safe, but we will make the most sincere effort to secure your personal details. We do utilize standard security measures to protect your data to the best of our abilities, and we seek relationships with partners who will do the same. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the security of any information to or from the website completely, and we are not responsible for the actions of partners or third parties that may get this information.

In order to maximize your experience on our website we collect two kinds of information: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We make our best efforts to avoid exploiting your information knowingly or unknowingly.

Personally identifiable information is information that can be used on its own, or with other information to identify the User. During your interaction with the our website, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, this may occur when: creating an account and registering, ordering our product, posting to our “Insider Information” discussion area, submitting information for the benefit of others, posting a review, or sending feedback. Information we collect includes: full name, telephone number, address, email address, nationality, birth date, family members information, and pet information, among other information. If you select to open an account we will ask you for your credit card information, and other personal details. When we request information, some falls into the optional category, and other information is mandatory (such as credit card details if you pay yourself). Should you opt not to provide mandatory information then you will not be able to proceed with the desired operation. Please contact us by email for assistance setting up an account without providing your credit card details online. We reserve the right to use any comments or feedback you send us for marketing and, or sales use. Should we need to use your name, we will contact you ahead of time.

Non-Personally identifiable information does not identify the End User. This type of information includes: network location and the Internet Protocol address of the computer you are using to contact our website; name of the domain you are using to access the internet; the Uniform Resource Locator of the websites you visit before or after our website; the browser you are using; type of operating system you are using; date and time you accessed the site; the pages you have accessed and the documents downloaded. The only exception to this rule is your Human Resources professional who is overseeing your transfer and paying for your access to our account, in the case of those who are given access to through a corporate account.

It is possible that Non-Personally Identifiable information will be shared with partners or third parties for analyzing demographic information. This is for website improvement and will not identify the End Users.

Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive by a website that monitor your use of the site. This is a typical of many websites and the use of cookies helps customize your experience, remind us who you are, track your interests, and collect Non-Personally Identifiable information.
